The beaches and greens provide an opportunity to enjoy the fresh sea air. For walkers, the smugglers route and the Cumbrian Coastal way both pass through Allonby. Silloth and Maryport golf courses are nearby for those who enjoy playing golf.

The Cumbrian Coastal Way is nearby and is ideal for both walkers and cyclists. The new Hadrians Cycleway route passes through Allonby and we look forward to all the cyclists stopping in to say hello.

Allonby also offers windsurfing and fishing. A new marina at Maryport has facilities for the sailing enthusiast and there are miles of beaches to explore.

Silloth boasts a championship golf course which is only 5 miles away. We provide a transport service whereby guests can be taken to and from the golf course.
